Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has reportedly purchased a luxurious sea-facing duplex penthouse in the upscale Pali Hill locality of Bandra, Mumbai, for over Rs. 78 crore.

Stamp Duty: Sanon paid Rs. 3.91 crore in stamp duty, benefiting from a 1% concession offered by the Maharashtra government to female homebuyers.
