On the occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day, Salman Khan celebrated by sharing a video of himself singing the patriotic song ‘Saare Jahan Se Achha’. He posted a monochrome video on his social media accounts, which quickly went viral.
In the video, Salman is seen performing a soulful rendition of the iconic song. He concludes the clip by folding his hands in a traditional “namaste” and then giving his signature “salaam” to his fans. Along with the video, he wrote a simple and heartfelt message: “Happy Independence Day,” accompanied by an Indian flag emoji.
Many other Bollywood celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar, also took to social media to share their wishes and express their pride in the nation.
